Turning A Skirt Into A Address What Caused The Decline Of The Middle East?

What caused the decline of the Middle East? - turning a skirt into a address

In the Middle Ages, the Middle East was one of the most powerful nations. Toledo was translated to the place where many writers of antiquity were in Europe and in the clutches of feudalism, was a student.
What was the great empire in a culture that deal with massive poverty, repressive governments, the poor job creation, mass illiteracy, outdated laws and a weak economy?
Just reading the book "What's Wrong" by Bernard Lewis, left, and that the book raises more questions than answers (and better avoids the problem of what went wrong)

Lewis answers to some of the assumptions in his book (the Mongols, Europeans), but there is no definitive answer. Any tips or suggestions to learn of possible research topics for more would be great. Thank you.
