I have a cisco vt webcam but no install disk!? - does cisco vt camera ii work as web camera

I have tried to find software on the Web, to the camera, but I can not ..... Cisco Web site is like a maze, and I really do not know what to do!
Can anyone help? Has anyone a link where I can install what I need?
